It was a glorious 63 degrees in Denver today! Granted, we had some crazy ass wind, but I’ll take what I can get after weeks upon weeks of snow and cold. Everyone seems to be taking advantage of the weather, too – as we drove through our ‘hood on the way home from school, I saw many children dribbling basketballs and zipping around on bikes and scooters. My own kiddos put their new skates on practically as soon as we pulled into the garage. They barely had their backpacks in the house before they were searching for helmets and pads.
Yep, it’s a thing we’re trying. Paul found some good condition second-hand skates over the weekend, and the kids are all over it. I love it. Yay for spring weather!
