   There’s a chain of restaurants here, opened by a guy from Philly. He craved comfort food, so the story goes, but couldn’t find anything good to eat, so he opened his own place. I think that was a decade or so ago. The most recent place they opened had a Twitter party I went to last week, and we sampled most of the sandwiches on the menu. Crazy-ass good.
