I am a stay-at-home Dad with two little girls and was about to make them chicken soup for lunch today when what looked like a kleenex popped out of the Swanson Chicken Broth container and into my pot. I wrote an email to Swanson a.k.a Campbell's and they called me back within 15 minutes. They asked me first off if it was mold. Mine just looked like a facial tissue soaked in broth. They promised to send me a kit to return it to them and said they would refund my money as well. I was quite impressed with their customer service rep.
