HELL YES on the RSS partial feed thing. Nothing makes me want to drop a feed faster. There are only two bloggers in the whole world that I still read faithfully even though they only produce partial feeds. And I only keep them on my list because I’ve been reading and enjoying their blogs since the stoneage (aka: before RSS).
