Bye, Golly.
Actually, it should be “Bye, Gally” – I bid adieu to my gallbladder today! Yay!
The surgery was early this morning and went just fine. I’m in some pain and discomfort, and feel like my lungs don’t want to expand fully, and I’m really tired – but feeling better as the night wears on. I think I’ll be 100% better by Friday!
Yay!

I had mine taken out last year and I was back at work in two days after surgery. I hope you recover wonderfully.

Ugh! Hope you’re fully recovered! I had mine out when R was 6 weeks old (which was really stressful for me, given I didn’t even have him in the hospital and he’d never had a bottle and here we were going to camp out in the OB unit with Jason hoping for the best with our pilfered bottle from the nursery–it all worked out fine, though, lol). I was MISERABLE from 31 weeks of pgcy on and it turned out that it was a good thing I’d had it out.
