I can relate to this post. There’s not enough time in the day to do all my normal, obligatory stuff let alone find the time to play online like I used to. I want to slow down, too…..I just wish I knew how.

I’ve been late since as far as I can remember. In fact, AF likes to fuck with me by being constantly late too. Ever since I embraced my tardiness as part of who I am, I’ve been less stressed about it. That doesn’t mean I don’t make an effort to be on time and sometimes, I actually accomplish that goal.

I was going to recommend Flylady as a way of keeping up on household crap. HOWEVER - they send like a bajillion emails a day, and I'm guessing there's NO WAY you have time for all that. Also, what kind of headaches are you getting? Regular tension type headaches, sinus, or migraine( or other)? Depending on what kind it is, yes, drinking water can make a huge difference. (It's my main migraine preventative now that I'm pregnant.) Also - increasing magnesium and B vitamins (get a B complex) can help. Tracys last blog post..Strange dreams
