I saw this little Yo Gabba Gabba guitar yesterday at Target and I just had to have it! Pablo and Mallory are having a birthday very soon, so that’s my excuse. It’s just so cool, though! Each little button plays two songs from each character, and it has a little whammy bar too. The kids are going to love it. They may be a little old for this type of toy, but they love Yo Gabba Gabba so much, it doesn’t even matter. So cute!
Ohhhh, this reminds me! Kayley just HAD TO HAVE a little plush Brobee, too, and she promised to pay me back for it. PAY UP, GIRLCHILD! You owe mommy seven bucks.

I know you love that show, but seriously, why? It reminds me of the thoughts of a homeless man on acid who was abducted by aliens.

If you watch the show, and try to do so from a child’s point of view - it’s awesome - the songs and themes they do touch on all the things I’m trying to teach them: be kind, share, take turns, brush your teeth, be careful, take a nap, be a friend, etc. etc. etc. And I LOVE the music. I just think it’s great!

Here’s an excellent example of some of the music: “Look both ways before you cross the street” - it’s catchy, too!

And here’s a song we actually sing at our house!
“Pick it up, pick it up!”

You make a good point, but I’ve already got far too many weird shows floating around our house now and just don’t want to add that whacked out show to the list. I prefer Peep and the Big Wide World and Little Einsteins.
Keep up the blog, however. I like it.

Yo Gabba Gabba is the best - my son has learned so much from that show.
