When school supplies are on sale, I LOAD UP - notebooks at $.07, crayons for $.10, etc. I have a huge rubbermaid tote FULL of all that stuff. Then, as they need it through the year, it's all there. I mean - really - they use the same stuff every year, and the only thing I worry about going bad is glue, and I haven't had that happen yet. Pretty much the only thing we end up having to buy every year are backpacks. (Which, I bought on clearance last year at Penney's for - $1.50!!!) Yeah, so they're not cute. Shoot me.
