Off to have FUN!!
It’s a fairly beautiful day in Colorado today, unlike the blustery thirty degree days we’ve had lately. I think we need to take advantage of it, so the kids and I are all heading out to the Children’s Museum after I pick them up from preschool. Kayley’s on spring break; Taylor’s spending some time over here with us, and everyone is bored to death. I was busy all weekend, but those girls basically spent the whole time in their pajamas, watching Spongebob. We can’t have this!
So, off we go to have some fun. I made the girls pack us a lunch (and damn if they didn’t do a fine job – why is it that Taylor can cut up apple slices as well as I can, but Kayley can’t cut a sandwich into four pieces?) and we’re all outta here. I’ll check in later and let you know how it went. It may be a drunk posting, since I’m sure I’ll need red wine after spending the afternoon at the Children’s Museum!
