Influenza.
Are you sick of hearing me bitch about how sick my kids are? How they keep relapsing, never really getting better? Have I mentioned that Pablo’s had a fever since last Thursday? It’s so frustrating when your kids are hurting and you can’t fix it! I was weeping at the doctor’s office today, because it just got to a point where it was too much – I had to find out if something else was going on with them.
My suspicions were on the mark – all four little ones have Influenza! THE FLU! And there’s nothing we can do but wait it out! The doctor said it could be another ten days before they’re feeling better.
I swear, we cannot catch a fucking break over here.

Oh girl, that sucks! We are just coming out of a month of illness. Yesterday my son ran a fever that mysteriously went away by the time hubby got home. I’m sure he thinks I was bitching for nothing!

Ewww – flu = no fun. I’m sure your doc told you this, but we always alternated tylenol and motrin every four hours and it seemed to help bring the fever down (per our doctor’s orders).
