Why doesn’t she ever punch him?
My kids are loving that cartoon Max and Ruby, and I swear, I didn’t think it was possible for me to hate a cartoon more than I already hate Caillou, but, uh, YEAH. This show is horrid! I hate that my kids watch it and immediately start being bratty to one another. I hate that it’s showing them how to be the brattiest siblings they possibly can be. I hate that Max always pulls pranks on Ruby, and she is ever so patient and NEVER, EVER gets the last word in or pulls one over on him. I hate it! It sucks! And I hate that I am obsessing over a kids’ show. Time to turn the TV off and listen to some frickety frackin’ Christmas music, I’m thinkin’.

Ok, what I want to know is where the hell are these kids parents. I mean really, what did the bunny parents do leave Max and Ruby home with some ketchup packets and fly off to Aruba?

Exactly why I never would let my kids watch Tom & Jerry. Mean critters those two were.

Yup. Jaxon rarely gets to watch TV and doesn’t even know it cause he can watch a movie or video pretty much whenever he wants. I get to control what comes in and no ads (other than previews – WHY does Disney have to have 20 minutes of previews?) Most of the kids shows are just horrible. Thomas and Sesame Street are fine. Haven’t seen many of the current shows and can’t say I really care to.

I was sick yesterday and spent the day on the couch with the kids. I got to sit through the same episode of Max and Ruby TWICE. I really don’t like that show.
Although, I really wish my girls were more patient with each other!! They do fight and yell way too much!
When I couldn’t take any more of children’s programming, I put on the seasonal music channel.

haha I’ve never seen it. My kids don’t like any cartoons actually… Seroiously they just like Chuckie and Beetlejuice. LOL. Is it something I’m doing wrong?
