OMG, I can’t go the last day of November and not post something! I’ve come so far! I’ve posted every single day of this month! And here it is, the last day of NaBloPoMo, and I’m about to let the opportunity slip away. (Yes, I know it’s only 4:20, but I got shit to do, man.) I’m up to my eyeballs in toys. It is CHAOS up in here. Seriously, it’s frightening. I am in the middle of Stage One of the Massive Toy Purge. I’ve filled up two trash bags with broken crap, and I’m weeding out things the kids have outgrown. I’ve used half a dozen Clorox wipes just cleaning the fingerprints off the tv mounted on the wall. I always thought putting it up there would keep them away from it? Wrong – it just provided them with a goal. Gotta go – naptime is going to be over all too soon, and I need to be…well, pretty much DONE when they get up, or they’ll undo everything I’ve accomplished! See ya!

Wow, a toy purge. Aren’t those fun? You throw away stuff, merrily thinking “It’s Gone!” and doing the happy dance. Then the little munchkins start asking for it and you think, “ah crap!” as the tears start. Or is that just at my house…

Toy purge!! Doesn’t the bi-annual toy purge always come right after Thanksgiving?! The second in the series comes right before Birthdays!! At least in this house!!!
