Gluten-Free Cooking School

This comes about a year too late for me, as we’re no longer doing the gluten/casein-free diet for Pablo. But I know other parents of autistic children read here, so I wanted to share this link: Gluten Free Cooking School. It’s got lots of recipes that actually look GOOD, so definitely worthy of a look if that’s your thing.

Cheers. I actually bought a book on this several years ago, but when one of them only ate three ‘foods’ at that time, it seemed a bit optimistic. [risking starvation] Now we’re up to 13 [unlucky for some] maybe we’re in with a better chance.
    Best wishes

Not a comment on this post but to back up a few — Sears has 30% off their uniform clothes this week. Just an FYI — thought of you while reading the Sunday papers and ads.

That is actually a helpful link for myself. I have PCOS and need to keep an eye on the glutens.

Amy – thanks about the uniforms! I need to get on that!

I was surprised by the YUMMY looking recipes on the site. Honestly, when we were doing gluten free, everything I tried tasted like ass.

Laura, thanks for the link. I’m really excited about being able to offer some help to moms that are cooking gluten-free for their little ones (or themselves). Over the next few months I’ll be adding more recipes and lessons, and some special series on gluten-free recipes for the holidays. If anyone has any questions at all about cooking, please feel free to email me!
