Another cute Mallory thing.
I just remembered this – Mallory was cracking us UP the other night! We have a couple of little doctor kits, plus a veterinarian kit, so we have a few toy stethoscopes lying around. The kids LOVE playing doctor, so it’s not at all uncommon to have someone approach us, asking to listen to our heartbeat! The other night, though, Mallory was getting all creative. We have this little table football game thing that came in a kids’ meal from Sonic. It has a little triangle-shaped “football” – like the ones we made out of folded paper in school, remember? And it has a goal post made of plastic, with a suction cup you stick on the table, and the suction cup is attached to the goal post with a string. So, can you see where this is going? She had the two “post” parts of the goal post stuck in her ears, and was trying to use the suction cup on a string to hear our heartbeats. It was the funniest looking thing ever, and we were falling over laughing about it! Kids are so funny sometimes.
