How to not kill a Sim.
Kayley’s cracking me up. I just installed The Sims (the old school version) on her computer and she’s been playing it for about an hour. She just came in the kitchen and said, “I think I need help. I’m out of money, my bed was repossessed, and my lady tried to build a fire in the fireplace and caught the house on fire and burned to death. Now the rest of the family just walks around crying. The grim reaper came and scared the little girl and she went to her room and sat on the bed and cried, and cried, and CRIED.” Ha! Remember years ago, those early days of playing the Sims, back in the 90s? I had a hard time, too! I couldn’t get my Sims to stop peeing on the floor and snubbing their neighbors. I cheated and gave Kayley a few extra thousand dollars, but I didn’t teach her the money cheat. We’ll see how it goes for a little while longer!

I’m guessing you didn’t give her the version where they can fool around.

I remember when I let Dylan play Sims. I had never played before and I didn’t know that the grim reaper was in the game. I go to load the dishwasher and suddenly Dylan runs screaming through the house the reaper took grandma the reaper took grandma and he slammed his bedroom door and wouldn’t come out for an hour. It was quite the drama that day, I can laugh now thank goodness.
And he learned the hard way of you’re going to build a pool in your sims backyard you better put a ladder in it!
