My first post of 2007!

Hey there, little ones.

I have a to-do list about a mile long. And I haven’t done much of it. I’ve gotten all the ornaments off the tree and carefully packed away, and about 1 strand of lights down. LOL! I moved a bunch of the kids’ toys up to the new attic playroom, but it’s still a friggin PIT in the living room. I went to the grocery store and restocked the fridge and pantry, but it’s still a mess of leftovers that need to be ditched. I guess I’m Half Assed Task Girl today.

But! I uploaded all my New Year’s Eve pictures to Flickr! Oh, what fun we had at the party. I really had a blast with my nephew Justin, and everyone seemed to dig him at the party, too. Something about little 21-year-old cowboys that makes people go, “Awww!” The pictures are here. You can see Justin progressing from mostly sober to really having a good time to passing out in the bathroom. Whoops! Ah, to be 21. And Paul did SUCH a great job DJing! He had way more stuff this year – 3 mirror balls, lights EVERYWHERE…it was off the hook!

    Laura, these pictures were taken in your house, right? The rooms don’t look famiiar. Only the kitchen – a little bit. I was starting to wonder if it was your house. Probably just going crazy here. Anyway, you look so pretty in them. Your hair, skin, eyes, everything.
