Ingenious use of existing facilities??
So, the other night – Saturday, I guess – Paul and Mike and some of their lil girlie friends went to see Megadeth. I cheerfully opted to stay home and make s’mores and sit on the sofa, watching Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends with Kayley. Paul didn’t roll in until FOUR AM, though – evidently they had all kinds of fun! The funniest thing is that Mike got so tore up at the concert that he just sort of passed out in the van and they drove his body all over town. They left the VIP lounge after the concert and went to a house party, then went to a club, and then they ended up at a hookah bar! Paul was telling me it was the weirdest thing ever. This place was like, Middle Eastern restaurant and butcher/meat market by day, and hookah bar by night. Isn’t that bizarre? He said they smoked some orange flavored tobacco, but it tasted pretty nasty. I guess hookahs are gaining popularity among those crazy young people nowadays. I wouldn’t mind checking it out myself, though! So after they hookah bar, they went to Village Inn – all the while, Mike was sleeping in the van. Hehe! Paul brought him home and he crashed here, and the next morning I fixed everyone breakfast. Mike was surprisingly chipper – much more so than Paul, who’d been partying like a rockstar all night – hell, Mike had a good night’s sleep!
