Duh.

LaDonna asked in my comments what I was on meds for. I looked back through my archives, but evidently I forgot to post about that, in my quest to post every mundane, boring detail of my life! LOL!

I had a physical in early November and found out that I have osteo arthritis. My parents and sister all have it too, so I figured it was a matter of time until I had a diagnosis. I’ve had a lot of chronic pain since my last pregnancy, and after having blood tests and a whole bunch of x-rays, that was the verdict: arthritis. Which is why I’m trying to lose weight. I’m taking a prescription anti-inflammatory every day along with glucosamine. I’ve felt pretty good since I started taking them, but this week – fuckin eh, dude. I’ve been in more pain than EVER. Sucks.

That’s it!

Poor thing!! :-( I hope you start feeling better soon.

How’d it go with the speech therapist yesterday?

(((Laura))) Wow, I had no idea. Thanks for filling me in. I could see how this crap weather would make arthritis act up no matter what kind of meds you are on. It’s good that you’ve been feeling better since you found out, though (except for these last few days). At least we live in Colorado where cold like this is rare! LOL
